It is possible to live to 100. But I don’t recommend it. Especially if you have to pay through nose to some health-fad guru who may not be there to refund if you have been conned.
Always remember what works for your guru doesn’t guarantee same results for you.
Whenever I am faced with such less- than- proven- diets I remember the anecdote about Winston Churchill. Montgomery of Al Amein crowed he was 100% fit because he kept away from smoking and spirits. Churchill who loved both cigar and his whisky retorted that these made him feel 200% fit.
Be that as it may there is no reason for you to throw to winds basic consideration that you owe your body to keep it from abuse.
There are lifestyle habits that age you most quickly

1. Poor diet
2. Lack of exercise
3. Stress and worry
4. Exhaustion
5. Unhappiness
6. Lack of love
7. Toxic overload
8. Blockages and congestion of the transportation highways within our bodies.

Healthy habits to live long
It takes 14 to 21 days of repetitive behavior to form a new pattern in your brain. Once the pattern is formed, it becomes an automatic behavioral response. As you develop new healthy habits, they will begin to replace bad habits. Here are some of the most transformative longevity habits:

1. Drink more water
Drink 8(?! There is no such magic number) glasses of fresh, filtered water every day. Water is very important for proper lymphatic drainage and hydrating the cells to prevent buildup of toxic waste products.
2. Eat like a centenarian
That is frugally and at regular times. Take time to enjoy every morsel of your food. Overeating merely gives your weakness a run and indigestion may be the result. A balanced diet is better than sticking to vegetables or meat as though your key to health is in avoiding the other. Fruits and nuts are also important.

• Eat fish and cut back on meat and poultry.

• Choose the right fats. Cut back on saturated fats like butter and avoid all trans fats. Instead, choose mono-saturated fats: olive, sesame, canola, flax, and fish oils.

• Avoid all refined sugars.

3. Restore with regular rest
Get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep every night.

4. Take the stairs!
Take a walk. Go for a swim. Join the gym. Find an exercise activity that works for you and stick to it, practicing at least four times a week for thirty minutes a session. Regular exercise can strengthen your immune system, uplift your mood, maintain joint mobility, increase energy.
5. Manage your stress.
Stress is the way of life. If you haven’t set to make your life burn like a candle at both ends spend time to disengage with the reality of improvident fools. Big corporate worlds thrive on the mistaken notion work and stress go hand in hand. So longer hours  are demanded of you. And also stress of meeting their impossible goals. Work is a therapy when you are in control of  your goals including of your body.

Meditation is a powerful way to manage your stress level. For the best results, meditate every day. Start with five minutes and work your way up to fifteen or twenty minutes.
6. Detoxify your surroundings.
With environmental factors causing ever more damage to our well-being, it is important to live in a decent and natural environment. Check out for the chemicals that you breathe and handle,- paint, equipments that run on gas like refrigerator, air-conditioners or toys you buy for your toddlers etc.,
Lower your body’s toxic load by living close to nature.
I could wish you live long but live long and live happy is what you ought to strive for. Unless you are happy what have you some 100miserable years. Ptooey! Who wants to live like that?
