The world love their own kind. Prince of the power of the air whom the Spirit calls the Adversary can come and go as he pleases and seems to take particular in the ungodly. They are upward mobile.

Jetsetters and strap hangers are worlds apart. We have our callouses on hands to show for it ,-and public transport system being what they are, with what difficulty we can reach our workplace and make to our home each day only God knows. Why are we set apart? Psalmist knew this problem and was troubled it as we are by our struggles while others who despise ‘Jesus talk’ were often helped by the world. Job 11:10-20 “If”

If he cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him? For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will he not then consider it?

There are two ways a man may know God. One way is given in the Book of Amos. “I have overthrown some of you, as God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and ye were as a firebrand plucked out of the burning: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the Lord. Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel(Amos4 :9-11)”.
